The mission of the L & L Agency is to provide the highest quality of care and comfort to your loved ones, in conjunction with your physicians "plan of care".

These services may be provided in a hospital, a medical facility or the familiar surrounding of the patient's home. Patient care is supervised and regularly reassessed to provide excellent care for the changing needs of the patient.

A member of our nursing staff visits each patient for an initial assessment and reviews the plan of care with the patient, family members and our personnel.

Our objective is to assist patients with activities of daily living while continuing to encourage independence (to patient's level of ability) and provide comfort and safety in the patient's home (or familiar surrounding).

Our Staff is available 24/7
(days, nights, weekends, and holidays) to monitor each patient and to handle any situation that may arise.

L & L provides a wide range of medical personnel - RN's, LPN's Anesthesiologists, CNA's, CHHA's, Tech's and Companions for major hospitals, surgical facilities, physician's offices, senior residences, adult day care centers and private homes.

L & L encompasses the five boroughs of New York as well as Bergen, Hudson, Passaic, Morris and Union Counties in NJ.
